Elizabeth Dos Passos writes to her old Smith College friend discussing news and events in both their families. John Dos Passos is a major topic particularly an art exhibit, a series of events at the Rappahannock Community College in his honor, an oral history project, a CBS television option for "U.S.A.," a production of "U.S.A." by the Westmoreland Players, and the premiere of "Chosen Country."
